    At first glance it seems intimidating, but there are pages upon pages of people with 0 posts (some as old as five years).

    Probably time for some house-cleaning.

    YES, you are (in terms of having more than one account)

    It is not encouraged, but so long as the privilage is not abused it is OK.

    bazzoka never abused that function. He left after causing a thread to be deliberately locked; this was after been given numerous chances.

    Repeat Offenders:
    If you have been warned in the past about violating the rules of this site or the Off Topic forum in specific you will be looked less favorably upon by the moderators and admin of this site than regular users. This means that if you violate a rule and are formally warned by a moderator or administrator and break the rule again, you will be treated differently than a user without a past history of violations.

    The moderators of this site use common sense when applying these rules. They aim to make the experience a pleasurable one, not to be big brother.
