hi all. i've been searching the internet and can't seem to find any online dvd retailers in the US that carry a decent selection of non-region 1 discs. i've checked hkflix.com but they mostly carry asian cinema. does anyone know of any online dvd retailers in the US that carry R2 european titles (french, british, etc)? any help would be appreciated.

amazon is a bit patchy. either sellers through amazon.com try and extort you with outrageous prices or amazon.co.uk sellers won't ship to US addresses. my only source at the moment is ebay and that's a bit of a crapshoot too. i'm even willing to order from online sites in the UK provided they'll actually make deliveries to the US.

I have bought imports from here a few times, always had my set's within 3 days tops!! and they only charged me $5.00 for priority mail even for 4 disc box set's. and acouple of the set's i got cheaper with shipping than what the retailers/sellers overseas want for just the set's i bought.
They are in the U.S.

Would it not be easier to just buy a $30 region-free player like CYBERHOME?

I'm able to order US DVDS (as well as UK ones) from them, so i presume you can order Region 2 DVDs from them. -
Well, seeing as his "Location" is listed as Unites States & he is not asking HOW to play other than region 1 dvd's and asking where to buy region's other than region 1, i'm guessing he just want's other than region 1 dvd's, to watch, not HOW to play them 8)

They all ship to the USA. I've used each of these at least once.
For the UK and AU sites, already in English.
For the Japanese and Chinese sites, use Babelfish to help you.
For the Spanish site, me hablo español. Or use Babelfish.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

I live in Seattle so I can go to the International District/Chinatown to get Asian dvds.
But, the one that has everything is Scarecrow. Scarecrow is what even would be like, if it was a video store in Seattle.
This information doesn't help the topic starter, but he has had enough good advice.

This time I will be helpful.
