    Hi ,
I ve been asked to evaluate the three applications and come to a conclusion as to which is best for DVD authoring. (for a small dvd maybe 5mins long).

The question i want to ask is what are the main differences between the 3 and wish one would be the best for my task. I have to write friggin 6pages on this so any inspiration would be appreciated!

Ive got to consider transcoding, effects etc

    thanks in advance...

Simple if those are the only choices

    1. Adobe Premiere Pro is a medium to high end editing and effects program. It includes a full Mainconcept based MPeg2 encoder (for export to a DVD authoring program) but DVD authoring is limited to simple edit timeline preview output only.

    2. Adobe Encore DVD 1.5 is a medium to high level DVD authoring program.

    3. Nero Vision Express is the video capture, editing and and DVD Author application in the Nero Suite and is targeted at low skill home users.
