  1. Ok...i have this concert on a dvd that has some bad sector, and i cant
copy it using shrink or decrypter. I am able to play the whole thing on
the pc, is there a way i can play it and record it to another program,
without having to transfered to vhs and back to the pc.

    Thanks
    E.

DVDFab Decrypter has been known to be able to skip "bad sectors" on certain types of DVDs if the bad sectors were placed there deliberately by the manufacturer. Sony DVDs often have bad sectors like this.

In DVD Decrypter go Tools, Settings, I/O and put a tick in the box marked 'Ignore Read Errors'. Now try and rip it as an ISO read to hard drive.

If you do this make sure to watch the resulting video file before wasting a disc. Ignoring errors can result in a disc that will stop while playing, skip, or worse.
