Does anyone have experience with these products. I just recently tried them and the problem that I am having is digital noise (breakup) on playback. I use MTR 2.6.6, then Dragon Flix to compress and burn. My burner is the external Lacie USB2 (NEC 3540A).

  2. Both are junk. DragonFlix is the worst software I've seen for compressing Movies. Toast 7, Popcorn and DTOX are all much much better.

Thanks. I learned that the hard way. I'm now using DTOX and Toast 7.
Are there any advantages to Popcorn over Toast 7?

  5. Toast 7 and Popcorn have identical DVD copy features... Toast 7 has the added benefit of being able to format and export DVD titles or chapters so you can transfer them to an iPod or PSP.
