    I've tried virtual dub and it can do it but it make the file larger then it should be.So i just wanna know how to split a .avi file to a certian size without the output being changed any.So if anybody know's how or knows a good program i could use i'd apreciate it thx

    Make sure you set the audio and video to "direct stream copy" before saving in Vdub so that it stays the same. It will default to uncompressed otherwise.

    You need Nandub.

    *Assuming you want to cut the file on a certain size, as you mentioned on your title.
