Is it Possible to Rip PSX Videos from the Disc?

I want to make a DVD of Rebel Assualt II. It would be easier to somehow rip the videos off the disc, but I have no idea if this is even possible. Is it?

I guess it would depend on if the videos are individual files (most likely) and in what format. Most likely, they are not in any normal video format which means you would have to do some kind of screen capture.
