    I have video on two separate DVD-r, want to shrink it down to one dvd-r. Any suggestions?

    Any authoring software that can accept VIDEO_TS folders (ie. TMPGEnc DVD Author, DVDRemake Pro) is what you need, and then DVDShrink the output (if required) if a DVD-5 is your target.

    If you want basically the two discs as-is with all menus etc intact then DVDRemake Pro is the easiest way IMHO. If you're happy with making your own menus, then you could even use DVDShrink in reauthor mode to do the "merging" and shrinking in one, then import its output into TDA or similar.
