I don't know about AutoGK, but as for Real Media conversion, I just tried a .ra file with Real7ime Converter and it seemed to work fine for audio. It says you can convert Real video to AVI with it, but I haven't tested that.
The only warning I'd have to give is that it's from a Russian site, which always makes me kinda worried about viruses, etc. But it seems to work fine.
Getting it to AVI, you can then apply whatever filters you need."*sigh* Warned you, we tried. Listen, you did not. Now SCREWED, we all will be!" ~Yoda -
I'd be more worried about your latest CD purchase.
Don't think AutoGK does rm input.
You can get it into VDub by frameserving with AVISynth and directshowsource (requires that you have real codecs and Gabest's dshow filter installed). Once in you can use whatever VDub filters you like or better yet, set it to fast recompress and filter with AVISynth.
