    I am interested in buying one of these machines,
    below is what i have customized on their website and would just like to know if you guys think it is a good buy and a good system,

    I will mainly be using the machine for watching dvds, burning music/videos, movies etc and high spec games e.g. battlefield 2, medal of honour, doom, mainly shooters!

    Seems expensive - check out the sum total of the individual part prices of a site like www.overclockers.co.uk

    For a littly shy of the grand mark I'd expect an Intel CPU and two hard drives.

    If the motherboard has a soundchip built in then there's no need for an expensive sound card - you won't notice it on a 2 speaker set-up.

    Also if you already have XP, there's no need to pay for it again
