I always used winmx to get a few background songs for my vids. Unfortunately, it stopped working about 10 days ago and their website's down.

I've just tried shareaza (very slow) and sharebear (ads) and didn't like either. Just got bit torrent but wtf?

Any good replacement out there where I don't have to study and learn the whole shabang just to get 1 blues song?

Or am I stuck with kaaza and spyware?

Allofmp3.com its like 2 Cents a song and no need to worry about spyware and all that crap.

Don't panic.
WINMX is still alive, you only need add a patch.

Itunes or Napster or Allofmp3 are the best. DC++ Cant touch them.

I just used the patch in the meantime but will keep DC++ and the others in mind should winmx go bye bye again.
