Do you mean 2-strip Technicolor, 3-strip Technicolor, or prints made from an Eastmancolor negative using the Technicolor dye-transfer process?

Star Wars. It was the last film to be printed in IB Technicolor. Although, "The Godfather Part" is considered by some to the last true Technicolor picture.
The last 2-strip Technicolor full-length feature was "Mystery Of The House Of Wax". After that point, it was used by Disney rivals for animation.
