  1. I have 13 mvk movie files and I want to put them on a DVD but I don't know if I need to convert them first. Can I just put them on a dvd for me to watch them or do I need to convert them to another formatt to watch them on DVD. If I need to convet them how do I do that in the simplest way possible.
    Thanks!

If you want to watch them on your comp, then you could just burn a data DVD provided you have a player that supports mkv. If you want to watch the files on a standalone DVD player, you'd have to convert the files, probably over several DVDs with that many files (depending on how large the files are). As far as the easiest method, just search the guides under MKV to DVD.

  3. I want to watch the movie on my DVD player that is hocked up to my tv. I already checked the guides, so if you have a easy way to do it tell me.

Define "easy". I'm sure there a lot of different ways to do it, but the way I know to uses MKVToolnix and MKVxtractGUI (to extract the vid, audio, sub streams), virtualdub (to process the audio), tmpgenc (to convert/combine the the vid and audio streams to DVD compliance), TDA to author the DVD, and Nero to burn it. And then there's the subtitle issue, if necessary. If that sounds easy to you, then I'm happy to step you through it. Or you could check this https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?link=717, or this https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?link=675.

Or, if you think you would need to do this veeery often, you should opt for batch mode.
I was a little bit too busy to add it to my tutorial, so my friend over at AnimeSuki helped me =)))

  6. What I mean by easy is that I don't have to download about 5 or 6 programs and then extract the video and the sound.

I just want a program all ready made that you can just drag and drop the mkv files to and it converts them to whatever formatt they need to be in for them to beable to be put on a DVD.If you know of anytype of program please let me know.

I tryed magic ISO so I converted all the files into a ISO image. Can I burn the ISO to a DVD and beable to watch them on a home DVD player?

I still have the old mkv files to so if you know a easyer way to convert them please help.
