Help with Nightwatch

Hope someone can help .i have this movie in xvid ...And i want to convert it to dvd with the subs i got with it ,the subs are seperate from the movie.I normally use svcd2dvd or dvd2svcd for my converssion,these yield out the best quality i think...So what do i use to blend the subs and the movie together to watch ,and convert it to dvd with the subs in it..

you can add switchable subs with dvd2svcd,
