please help. i'm an absoloute dud when it comes to burnin VCDS. so i don't know what to do here. I've got TPGEnc, but haven't done anything with it yet.

i Use Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4 (VCD thingy) and when i try to add this file, it comes up with :

so ummm... how can i make it so i can burn this file. it's only tho 54mb (it's a music video)

Convert it to a VCD compliant mpeg file and then burn
