    I just got back from europe where I bought 2 DVD's. They were both labeled "All" for a region code, but for some reason my Canada bought panasonic RV-31 DVD player won't play them. I get the message "This type of disc is not supported" when I instert them. I'm assuming it's due to the DVD's being in PAL format. If there is a way to change this, please let me know.

    But, what I'm wondering is what would be the best and easiest tool to use in order to copy the original DVD to a dual layer DVD without loosing any of the features, but changing the mode from PAL to NTSC? I have a LG - GSA 4163 dL burner.
