I've got a movie that I've demuxed into seperate audio, video and sub files. The purpose for this was to add a set of subtitles to the actual movie itself(leaving the menu system alone). Now I know I can use IFOEdit to remux the files back into the standard vob format but is there a way to recompile the entire movie? I tried just remuxing the changed movie part of the dvd and burning it with the rest of the unaltered dvd and it won't load properly, it'll go through the first few bits that are contained in I guess what would be video_ts.vob but it won't load the menu now or the movie itself, it'll go to a black screen and sit there.
So I know I need to update the ifos somewhere somehow but I'm not sure exactly how to do this. I've tried playing around with ifo update and ifoedit but not really sure how exactly to do this so the new video will work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Please don't double post. Wait at least 3 days before bumping. I suggest you try www.doom9.org if you don't get an answer here.
