Can't download mpeg2enc - download page looks strange

Hello. When I go to this site
http://mjpeg.sourceforge.net/MacOS/
to download mpeg2enc, there's a link near the bottom of the page that takes you to http://mjpeg.sourceforge.net/MacOS/mpeg2enc for the download . On that page all I get is this gobbledegook:

The ffmpegX works but it asks me for that mpeg2enc piece when I start up. Does anybody know where else I can I get it since that website is acting phooey? I tried searching on Google but I kept getting linked to that page.
Also, is there ONE list or link that tells of all those extra "parts" that I need in additon to QuickTime 7 to play, encode, decode, convert, fix the audio/video etc.etc. all the formats? All this torture to rip/encode/convert is a pain in my arse. Thanks in advance!!

Instead of clicking, ctrl-click the above link and choose "save link on disk" or "save link as".

That works with the 1st link but not that 2nd baddie. I just get a 188k "document" named mpeg2enc that doesn't open.

Any other suggestions for getting mpeg2enc? Anyone? Tanks.

The document is mpeg2enc. Direct ffmpegX to it.
