I'm planning on doing something like an interactive presentaion on DVD, mostly menu based.
Is there some way of putting a background music that will play continously when I change menus? Or is there any workaround to simulate that effect?
Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately, the answer is No to both questions. Once a choice is made - menu, chapter skip, or any other interaction - everything breaks off to load the next part.
The most effective way to hide it I have found is to keep the background music on the menu very low, then when a choice is made play a short scene that increases the volume to a cressendo, then brings it back down to nothing before moving on. It can fool the average viewer into thinking it was a seamless flow.Read my blog here.

That's what I thought, but I figured I should ask just in case.
But you did give me a pretty good idea, which I'll probably end up using.
Thanks alot!

You could do it with multiangles but then you are limited to 9 items so its not very practical...plus authoring software that fully supports multiangle is usually pretty expensive.
