    From your experiance which program I should use to capture video from VHS or digital camera. I have Virtual dub (working fine on Windows 98) but on XP I can't capture larger format then 352x288(unsupported format appears),I also use Virtual VCR but having problems with audio, Adobe premiere 6,5 or something else.
    Some good tutorials will help.

    Look at the guides. You could use the software that came with your card. Lordsmurf has a website that tells all about your card.
