Hi there. I have got a hauppauge WINTV GO PCI card. I LOVE IT. right, I have a VIA CHIPSET ( I HATE THAT!). The problem is that, evertime I watch or capture something, there is always lines on the screen. I capture using these settings:
320*240 NO RECOMPRESSION, CD QUALITY AUDIO, YU12 25 or 30 fps.
Why is this? After so many encodes in MPEG2 it produces better quality. I have the latest drivers for the chipset and it doesn't work. I am now getting an intel chipset and I was wondering if it produces the best quality whne viewing or capturing?
Please help
Thanks
Ahmed Ilyas

Well, it works on yours, not mines. What can I do? I am buying a new motherboard with an intel chipset and hopefully that will solve my problems.
