  1. Hello friends I have a question and was wondering about something. I just got a order from supermediastore.com and it was packaged nice and the Verbatim dvd-r 8x media came in two cake boxes and the discs were loose in the spindles but the spindle was wrapped outside so the cake boxes would not come apart but to my suprise I have never had this before but half of the media was scrathced like it had been spun around and I have had media sent to me like this before and have not had this sort of problem. Has anyone on here had this kind of problem with media being shipped like this before? I sent in for a RMA but have not heard from them as of today and I have never had problems with them before.Any comments would help and would be appreciated.
    Thanks

UPS abuses packages. I'm not shocked. They treat your parcels like junk.

  3. I had that problem with store bought media where the spindle was smaller than the hole in the disks. That IMHO caused the disks to slip back and forth against each other and damaged the outer edge.

I didn't feel like traveling again and since they were on sale anyway and it looked like a packaging from the factory (Ritek) I assumed that any replacements would also be the same problem. Those I just used for things that were under 4 Gb and they were fine.

    Cheers
