i backed up my copy of a movie onto my pc to burn it to vcd i used dvd decrypter to put it on pc i got 1 .ifo file and 3 .vob files i used virtualdubmod to get them into an avi format and i ripped the subs with vsrip i then used tmpgenc to convert the avi's to vcd now i have 3 mpgg's with one srt file what do i do????

vcd do not support any switchable subs so you must make permanent subtitles, add the subs in virtualdubmod with the textsub filter. convert/frameserve to avi, encode to mpg vcd.
or use an all-in-one dvd to vcd tool with subtitle support like dvd2svcd,dvdx. -
is there any way to make the two programs u recomended to use the kvcd templates
