Where to post for help on my new LITEON LVW-5005x?

NEWBIE -

I just purchased a LITEON 5005x DVD recorder.

I had some questions and found a thread on the LITEON 5005x in the Hardware forum.

I started there but guess I got my cyber hand slapped for being in the wrong place - -

so if I have "user" questions re: problems I am having using this particular recorder effectively or best format to record to on this particular device to optimize later editting on my PC - - I have been through the manual and to the LITEON website - - not alot of support there.


where might it be best to post?

Post a NEW TOPIC in the correct forum.

Your last post was locked because it was at the end of somebody else's old topic.

In this case, the DVD RECORDERS forum, and start a new topic. The title shouldbe a quickie that says the problem, and then the body needs to be the question(s).
