Does anyone recognise this film?

A young married couple park their car in a new york public car park and go out for the evening.
On their return they find that the car park is locked, they cannot get their car and they have to try and find another way home.
In their attempts to do this, they are confronted by a gang of thugs, and they proceed to endure several hours of sheer terror.
It's an 80's maybe 90's film, really gripping and i'd like to know the name.

Yes. The title is "Final Jeopardy," a 1985 made-for-TV movie about a couple whose car is locked up in a parking lot ... and later, while walking home, are accosted by "ruffians."

That's the good news. The bad news is that, according to IMDB, it's not available on home video. It was an NBC/Warner Brothers co-production that occasionally airs on the Encore channel. So, if you want to capture it, you might want to contact Encore (or NBC) to see when they next plan to air it.
