    hello everyone, i was wodering how to clear the search history of the autocomplete bar for my google searches and stuff, the thing that looks like this:



    it is really annoying me and any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks


    PS. i am using Mozilla Firefox if it makes a difference, thanks

    Not sure about Firefox but for IE (this may be universal) go to start>control panel>internet options>content>auto complete

    For FF go Tools->Options->Privacy Tab. Next to Saved Form Information, click on 'Clear' to clear what has been saved so far, then uncheck the tick box to stop is saving any in future.
