is dvd to dvd possible?

Hi!

I have a region 1 dvd and i live in a region 2 country. I want to make a new dvd with my countrys subtitle wich is a .srt file. So my question is, can i make a dvd to dvd conversion with my new subtitle? Is it as simple as making a dvd from an avi or whats the best way to do it?

1. Open the VOB, 2. Select target "DVD ffmpeg", 3. Open the srt file in the subtitles tab. Encode. Eventually disable "Normalize audio" in case of audio encoding problems. You may also demux the VOB, then remux as DVD, keep the MPG file, finally run the mpg and the srt file in the AUTHOR as DVD tool.
