Was just wondering why i get this error whenever i move files to another drive, can it ccause corruption if i click no or yes?

The file 'thumbs' has extra information attached to it that might be lost if you continue copying.
the contents of the file will not be affected. info that might be lost includes:
encryptable
DATA.
Whats this? -
