Anyone know where to find the latest version of TSCV? The site has been unavailable for quite some time.
Thanks,
Chris

The newest bundle is at http://www.ttool.org (the main site) the doom9 one was older last time I checked. You'll also want to look at:
http://www.personal.psu.edu/users/r/d/rdm186/
or Sefy's guide at:
http://www.vcdhelp.com/DVDConversionGuide/index.php?id=dvdtovcd4b.html#TSCV -
No, as I mentioned in my post, the ttool download site has been unavailable for a while.
.83b1 is at the doom site as dinesh provided.
