dvd menu software sugestions for dvd

hi all i have bunch of videos and interviews from a band i videotaped this weekend. I would like to create a menu using a picture of the band so that people can use the arrow keys and select a band member and it will say --- play all, then move to the next band member and play the interview, then move to the next member and view music video one, next meber view music video 2 and finally next member view concert.

all of this to be done with one menu. now i know i would probably need mulitple files maybe with a highlight around each member. but i dont know if any store bought dvd making software will do this. if anyone has any idea on how i can accomplish this or know what software i could buy I would greatly appreciate the imput. thank you!@

I would use photoshop and DVD Lab Pro, but I have these on hand and know how they work.

Tmpgenc DVD Author can probably do something like you are after, although perhaps not quite as you envision.
