I took it as if Lordsmurf was just taking a tongue in cheek poke at that sig since the subject was brought up. I can't see that breaking any rules as who would it annoy enough to complain about it?

jimmalenko, I think lordsmurf included that as a joke, not to be taken seriously. You can PM him if you wish to confirm this. Theres nothing wrong with the sig, theres no hyperlink, advertisement, spam or any of that kind within lumis sig which breaks the rules. -
not taking in to consideration that it is my signature, i have to agree with shadowmistress & waheed.. its not an advertisement, not hyperlinked, it doesnt display your computer information. and not spam as waheed said.. when it all comes down to it, its just a gif of a cartoon holding a sign..
if someone used a picture similar to the one below (maybe with a different message, like "i like video") would it be against the rules? i think not.
