    Hi,

I am not sure I understand the concept of multiple angles on a DVD. Here is what I want to do. I want to have two versions of the same movie, where the only difference between the two is the ending (or maybe 1 minute difference in the middle of the movie). I would like to be able to have the viewer choose which "version" they want before they play the title. I don't need to be able to switch versions in the middle of play.

Do I have to use multiple angles to do this or is there a simpler way? I was thinking ifoedit or pgcedit or dvdremake might do this. Maybe you could set a flag in the beginning which decides which chapter to play???

    Hi,

I think what you want to do is something called "BRANCHING".

The original release dvd of XMEN 1 (non se) has this feature. Its where if you enable it you can watch some of the alternate/deleted scenes while the main movie plays.

It sounds like you want to do the same thing. Allow the use to watch the main movie as normal or select "branching" to go to the different version.

Search the forum for branching. Here is one link I found:

    Good luck
