    I just bought Tearpin TT-3800, and I just found out that it can not play certain V-CD and DVD, so I'll call the customer service, and he told me to find it here. So please help me guys......

    I'm sorry, but the guy lied to you. I looked the DVD Players list, which you could have done because it is to left of this forum under "LISTS", and there is no information at all about a region hack for this player. There is one review and that is all. It looks like this player doesn't support very much of anything. If I was you, I would try to get my money back and buy a different (non-Terapin) player.
