like I said before: It would have been great if it actually worked. And was more up to date than Google maps (still show an empty lot where Millennium Park is at).
    His name was MackemX

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

    HatchetMan,

I don't mean to go off-topic but here are some of the things I looked
    at on Google Maps.............

    -Hoover Dam
    -Disneyland
    -Disney World
    -Microsoft
    -Bill Gates' house
    -coal mines and strip mines
    -Salt Lake (very big)
    -Texas City (impressive oil town)
-Long Beach docks (massive!!! That's where the container ships come in)
-Shanty town on the Mexican border
    -Mount St Helens
    -Hamptons
-Florida mansions (they all look the same from the air!!!)
    -Grand Canyon
-Alcatraz (nope, I've never been there!!!)

    I also saw my house! :P :P :P

Just out of curiosity, has anyone who installed it run a spyware check afterward? I'm not saying it has spyware in it ... but it would be a nice thing to know.

not sure what your running, but all my google earth maps have 2005 on the bottom

google seems to have temporarily suspended d/l's,so for those that are wanting, try every couple of days.

keep in mind that this is beta ,so its not going to be perfect. some cities/towns will be clear, while others are not.

they even say they are about 2-4 years old ... not a question about it , though they say they are updating the content all the time ...
