    hi,

    i have sony DVP NS400 Dvd player. it is great plays cdr rw dvd amd vcd. does any one know how to make a SVCD or XSVCD that can play on this player. any help is apriciated

    I do not believe it can play SVCD. I have one and it doesn't play them either. You might check the DVD player compatibility list.

    On an unrealted note, I don't suppose anyone has had any success in patching the player to support regionhacks or macrovision disabling?
