DVD rebuilder and HC encoder

How do I use DVD rebuilder with HC encoder, in setup there is no place for it and the "Other" encoder is greyed out and not active. Also I heard that this is as good as CCE, is this true? Thanks

If you are using the free RB version, you have to use a hack to get HC to work. It will work automatically with the $10 pro version. I have read differing things about HC and CCE. Some say they are similair.

Go to the rebuilder forum at Doom9. There are a number of posts on how to get it working with the free version. Essentially it replaces Quenc. Although slower than CCE, some say it is better as low bitrates.

Thanks for the info, I didn't know pro version was any different thought they get it sooner ... $10 sounds good I'll go for it. On Doom9 I couldn't find any thing new specially on HC encoder. Acutually I wanted to try it mostly , some of my movies get bigger than 4gigs and didn't want to calculate ... Thanks
