    Hi, I've got a Radeon X800XL ViVo (Video In/Video Out) Card and I've got Hi8 camera that has output on it, I have everything to hook up the camera to the video card but how do I record it to the hard drive?

    Didn't software come with it?
    Download a demo of ULead Video Studio or Pinnacle studio 9 and see if it detects the input.

    ATI should provide some guidance on compatible software.

    I can record the video w/ the svideo plug and some software that I have but I am having issues getting the audio, how do I do that?

    nvm i figured it out, thanks.. ~ had to have it goin to a seperate audio capture card
