    Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the White Book standard for VideoCD 1.0 and/or 2.0? I know it is publicly available but I can't find it anywhere online. Any help is appreciated! Thank you... w.mckee .. mckee@nettaxi.com

    You won't be able to find the whole document on the internet.

    You can buy it from Philips (not cheap) and I believe that you are required to sign a non-disclosure document.
