Music videos dvd to pc

Hi, please bear with me, I'm just getting started with this stuff. Thanks to you guys, I now have backed up 5 of my dvd9 to dvd5, you guy are great. Now, I have another problem. I want to burn some of my music videos to my computer and be able to choose only the tracks that I like and then later burn only the videos that I choose to a DVD(I have multiple music video dvds of different artists).
What I want to do is similar to what I do to my music cds. I only add the songs that I want, then I burn my favorites into a single music cd. Am I able to do the same with videos? Please help.

DVDShrink->Re-author->Start/End.Put each clip into it's own folder and name it title1,title2,etc.
Then use Re-author to combine for no menus.
If you want menus use TDA or DVDLab.
