Yes, that's right, there's no software to do that, BUT you can try two things. First one is to download DVD Decrypter around here and decrypt the DVD. Second one, is downloading and buying Sony Vegas (there might be a similar freeware around here that might work like Vegas, interpolating frames). You'll have to re-rencode all the menus and the main files; absolutely everything, from PAL to NTSC (please note that you'll notice a normal effect seen everytime a software like Vegas interpolates frames - PAL is 25fps and NTSC is 29.97; this is interpolation, is repeating some frames). Instead of choosing interpolation, you can also try to decrease the framerate from PAL 25 to NTSC film wich is 23.976 fps (but since your files have sound, you'll have to work also with BeSweet, another software, to fix sync problems - you can search for and download it around here too). I forgot the third thing: you'll also have to download DVD Shrink to re-author the DVD with all the converted files. Finally, you can burn your DVD with either DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter. Please, you can search around here for tutorials on <PAL to NTSC>, <Pulldown / Pulldowning> and <How to Fix Sync Problems>. You'll certainly have a lot of work to do!
Cheers!
