If you want to rip a DVD with chapters you can even use DVD2SVCD.

Or use the last freeware version of VCDEasy.

Or if you really want to get your hands dirty, manually author the XML yourself and use VCDImager like men once did...

and of finding version 1.1.5.2 (freeware) of VCDEasy?

You'd just have to click 'chapters' and to select when to put them.
After.. click OK for the chapters and 'Go' to create a VCD/VCD Image. Nothing easier.

You'll find something that says: "Download the old VCDEasy 1.1.5.2 here" link.
