    can someone please recommend to me a good subtitles program, like to add subtitles to a movie if i want....

    What kind of movie? AVI? DVD? VCD? SVCD? OGM? Matroska?

    So your end product is DVD?
    I'd use Subtitle Studio, save as SRT, reauthor with DVD-Lab Pro.

    I understant it like you have a DVD and want to add subtitles to it. To do so, you basically have to reauthor.

    Or is this not what you want?
