Printable DVDs come in two types: thermal printable and inkjet printable. Each of these types come in two different "flavors": normal and hub printable. The normal flavor has a printable surface only to the outside of the clear center hub. Hub printable has the surface extending all the way to the hole in the center, all the way across the hub.
