Ok. Just going to stick this out there, in the faint hope that someone has had some experience in this........
3 Computers, all running Vegas 5.0
All 3 Computers are projecting and need to be in sync.
2 of the computers have usb to midi devices, thus its easy to sync them
with Vegas.
however the 3rd one does not! Thus I need a midi-to lan solution.
My knowledge of midi is limited, so here goes....
computer 1 generates timecode. It is sent via usb to midi box, then via midi cable to midi box 2...convert and into the 2nd PC....timecode accepted by Vegas.
Now we need midi ox, or such program to interpret the midi signal from PC 1 and send it to a program such as MidiOverLAN and send to PC 3.
I'm stuck in that first part of this, i just cannot get MidiOX to read the timecode coming from PC 1
My question is....does anyone have any experience with sync'ing video output over lan like this.
