    I want to add a personal touch to the end of every movie i backup. Basically a jpeg picture but how can i do that? I usually use dvdsrhink then primoDVD. thanks

    Hi rubberman,

    You need to encode the JPEG to MPEG as a video so it can show for as long as you want.

    I use TMPGEnc to encode, so I'll describe from that perspective - but the principal will be the same:

    Set your JPEG as your "Video Source", and either chosen audio or silent audio lasting as long as you want the JPEG to show for. Encode to MPEG2 - either PAL or NTSC, depending on which country you're in.

    Once this is done, you can then re-author (something like TMPGEnc DVD Author) the original DVD, and then add in your newly created MPEG2 as the final piece of footage so that it shows at the end.
