i'm just wondering if anyone knows how to burn subtitles that are separate from .avi file, that is they have a separate .sub file, together with the .avi file?
thanks![]()

Don't know if understood correctly. You start your burning programm, import the avi and the sub file with the same name and *.sub (or whatever is) extension, burn disc at once - ready.

i'm using nero vision express 2, but it doesn't let me import the .sub file.

What I said is "start burning programm". You should answer for yourself the following question: "Is Nero Vision Express 2 a burning program?".
The second possibility is you didn't ask the right question in your first post. -
Exactly. What you should have asked is how to convert and avi with a seperate sub file.
Anyway NVE uses directshow so if it plays with subs, it should also convert with subs. -
ah yes sorry i wrote it pretty late last night.
is it possible to convert .avi and it's separate .sub file so that it ends up being a hard subbed avi file using NVE2?Kat -
install vsfilter or vobsub and try nerovision express. you should see the subs when playing the video with windows media player, www.videohelp.com/play#subs
