Would you recommend some simple capturing software (as a replacement for ATI Mutimedia Center). Essential for me is capturing photos (by hotkey or mouse click) to numbered files. Format can be jpg or bmp. Thanks.

As for "capturing" photos are you talking about the same thing as right mouse click -> choose save as dialogue box? -
What I had in mind was application able to receive TV signal (from built-in tuner of from video-in) and from this signal capture photos. No dialogs, no other interaction. As it is in ATI Multimedia Center. Unfortunately ATI MMC doesn't support ViVo cards, only All-in-Wonder (I have Asus Extreme AX700PRO/TVD).
