have just found out existing users of ntl broadband will be getting a significant increase in download speed for same price.
i've currently got 750k and it will be going up to 2mb
oh i'm so happy
only thing is does anyone know when it will happen?

You can use their tier migration site

Or if you ring customer service, they can upgrade you, you might have to ring a couple of times. As not all reps will give you the upgrade. If you get fobbed off you ring back and hope for some one else.

yup ive just upgraded but beware they are introducing a capping download limit in a few months i also got a new samsung box free

if they introduce cap limit i will take my business elsewhere.
at the moment it's meant to be 1gb per day but it's not enforced.

my mate is also with ntl and have been informed of this too. unfortunately, he says there a cap limit.

ntl however do some good deals. i woluld like to be with ntl, unfortunately, i dont live in a cable area.
