    When i put on the jvc TBC/NR, happens this :


    I dont know why it happens , but with the tbc the picture have too much chroma effects , will a tbc , like the datavideo 1000 fix this?

    any explanation on what you hope to fix?

    If your trying to fix it so you can see the band members face, I highly doubt a TBC or any home residential computer can fix that.

    Looks like 10:1 watered down original... Get the DVD instead... cheaper . Why spend 300$ on TBC to try to recover unrecoverable...
