I'm really looking forward to the release of this film. The good news is all the early viewers seem to love it, so maybe its gonna be really good.

I was on rottentomatoes and noticed ONE person didn't seem to like it here is their negitive review.

Wait... is that negitive? WTF I'm confused. Maybe he thought he was seeing a different movie or something. You know missed the title of the film until after the review was typed up.

Actually he never mentions the title, maybe he didn't even know...

edit: I guess what I'm really saying in a round about way is movie season has offically begun. May your Battlefield Earths be few.

Uh yes. Frank Miller has been pissing about with releasing the rights to this film (remember it was a comic before) and I'm glad he finally did. It has a stellar cast and gorgeous visuals. If you go into it not knowing that it's a homage then you're probably not going to like it as much. I've already been invited to something like 4 different openings of it with various friends already. Looking forward to seeing it on Friday.

I love reviews like that. They don't really say anything as far as a positive or negative feel. I mean, who gives a shit about sexism? From the looks of it one would have to know that is very sexist. I mean the title is "Sin City" for christ's sake! I bet you that reviewer is very impressed with himself and his large vocabulary.

Yeah a few negatives have surfaced. Overall I'm still hopeful. The people who would GET the movie seem to get it and like it.
